Every vehicle in our fleet is chosen for one thing: getting you safely and comfortably to wherever in Uganda you’re headed, from Kampala’s paved streets to the roughest national park tracks. Below is our current lineup, with typical self-drive and driver-guided rates. Fuel, park fees and permits are always quoted separately.

Toyota RAV4 (Compact SUV)

A step up in ground clearance from a standard sedan, good for shorter upcountry trips and lighter gravel roads closer to Kampala and Entebbe.

  • Self-drive: $45–60/day
  • With driver: $65–80/day
  • Best for: Lake Mburo, Jinja, short easy routes

Land Cruiser Prado (4×4)

Our most-booked safari vehicle. Real 4×4 capability, comfortable seating for 5–6, and more affordable than a full-size Land Cruiser.

  • Self-drive: $60–70/day
  • With driver: $90–100/day
  • Best for: Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi gorilla trekking, Murchison Falls

Full-Size Land Cruiser (TX/TZ/V8, 4×4)

Unmatched ground clearance and durability for the most remote routes and larger groups, often preferred by driver-guides on multi-day itineraries.

  • Self-drive: $80–120/day
  • With driver: $130–180/day
  • Best for: Kidepo Valley, multi-park circuits, rough terrain

Safari Van / Minibus

The practical choice for larger groups traveling together with a driver-guide, splitting the cost per person.

  • With driver: $100–150/day
  • Best for: Groups of 6 or more
